The valet and front desk staff made our family feel very welcomed. The team at the sugar factory provided thoughtful service that enhanced our overall experience.

However, the room amenities did not meet my expectations for comfort and convenience.

The $15 resort fee felt excessive since there were no true vacation amenities to back it up. The room was spacious, but outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds made it less appealing. Housekeeping didn’t properly clean one of our rooms, and we had to check multiple times to see if it was ready. On a positive note, the dining options were decent, especially at Jerry Longo's restaurant. Staff were generally friendly, and I did enjoy my time at the casino despite these issues. It's a mixed bag overall, and I'd think twice before returning without improvements.
